I first created this is 2012 and have been tweaking it over the years. The most recent and significant improvement (as of 2017) is the new anti-ball loss system, where if a ball falls on the floor it gets re-spawned at the beginning.

Each module uses its own timing wheel with a laser which issues commands to that modules components.

This was my last new project in Algodoo. Since then I’ve tinkered with improving my older projects, but I have not created any new videos or projects using Algodoo. The reason I wanted to do another volcano was because it was one of my first projects, so I figured it would be rather poetic for it to be my last. I stopped making new projects due to the steady decline in the community since 2014 when Algodoo became free and stopped receiving updates. On YouTube, any new Algodoo videos I uploaded were being mostly ignored, which is why my later projects don’t have videos.

This Algodoo project has been my longest in development, going from 2013-2017. It is, to my knowledge, the most advanced pinball machine made in Algodoo, featuring missions and multi-ball. In 2017 I redid the multi-ball logic so that you no longer lose any saved balls you if you lose your current ball, thus making the game significantly easier. I also added a short ball save that triggers when you first launch the ball.

Originally created in 2015, the picture ball machine was an experiment in using photos along with invisible barriers to create a marble run. I was quite pleased with the result, but disappointed by the response to it on Algobox (The online community for Algodoo), as I think most people did not understand what it was based on the title and picture. In March 2017 I modified the machine so that the marbles won’t clump up as much by installing a feeder wheel underneath the machine.

This was one of the final things I created in Algodoo. I created this on a long car trip from Florida to Iowa, where for the majority of the time I did not have internet, so I instead spent most of my time (besides being bored) working on this machine, which is based off another script-based marble machine I had seen in Algobox (The online portal for Algodoo creations).

This was my first scene trying to make something that would be visually appealing, and serve little purpose. I would say I did a pretty good job. I’m actually not sure when I made this so lets say 2015~ish

Although educational, this scene was created just for myself. When I made this I wanted to see how much non-functional decor I could add to it, and I’m quite pleased with the result. Over the years I’ve made small bug fixes to the project, with the last major one being in April 2017. Unfortunately I do not know when I first made this, but I’d guess around 2014.

This was based upon another candy factory I had seen on the Algobox website, in which it processed bars into chocolate cubes. I decided to make my own whimsical version, complete with a working crane system. For the time this was the most advanced scripting I had done, and even included a fail safe system that would stop everything if one of the crates fell of the lift. This project re-used a lot of mechanisms from previous projects, such as the program wheel from the Automated Ball Machine and the lift system from the mine (unlisted)

Created in Jun 2013 as a follow-up to the Algodoo shooting range, this uses similar scripting but features a new arcade environment and new effects. Unlike the original no video was made for this because I wasn’t thrilled with the end result.
