I was finally able to get the Arcade 1UP Pinball Machine for it’s original price, at a local best buy. I did a lot of research and my intent was to immediately mod it. I added some cosmetic upgrades, like speaker covers, and screw caps on the outside, but most of the work was done in the guts of the machine.

I was able to sell the boards I no longer needed, and re-use the spare wires for the new connections I needed. I also learned a lot about wiring and acquired some new tools to complete the job. I initially planned on using my old laptop, but it decided to die on me as I had nearly completed the project.

I’d still like to get haptics working again, but that would require more time and money than I currently posses.
